1) Our team of experts analyse your requirement and discuss with you the various options available.
2) On a mutually agreed date & time we arrange a site visit to the sites / lands selected with an experienced Professional.
3) The Service Charges for the visit is INR 5000.00 per visit and have to be paid in advance at the time of booking of the visit.
4) On finalization of the deal, the amount of service charges is adjusted in the payment. In case of no materialization, the charges are non- refundable.
5) Verified and certified documents of the finalized property are provided for verification by the client.
